The award is supported by a gift from Dr. Lajpat (Laj) R. Ahuja to the Agronomic Science Foundation and administered by the Soil Science Society of America. The award consists of a certificate and $1000 honorarium.

Eligibility

  1. Nominators and nominees are required to be SSSA, ASA, or CSSA members.
  2. Nominees are to be soil scientists, agronomists, or crop scientists.
